As you may have heard, ANR will be migrating from Kuali (KFS) to the new Aggie Enterprise system in January 2024. Some of the systems being replaced include Kuali Financial System (KFS), AggieBuy and FIS Decision Support.
Please familiarize yourselves with the information and resources below to support your understanding and successful use of Aggie Enterprise now through go-live and beyond.
KFS freeze dates (or “cutoff dates”) are required to support cutover activities and stabilize legacy system data for conversion. It is crucial that you review cutover and freeze dates through the lens of your department's typical business, and consider what dates have the highest impact on your department and who needs to be aware of these dates.
Please refer to this Aggie Enterprise Cutover and Freeze Dates guidance document, which organizes Aggie Enterprise cutover and freeze dates by functional areas. Please be aware that this document refers to the UC Davis dates, and ANR's cutoff dates may be earlier.
Please contact the Aggie Enterprise Project Team (ANR-AggieEnterprise@ucanr.edu) for more information on ANR-specific cutoff dates and for any other Aggie Enterprise questions.
